(Acest Concept inovativ este prezentat in cartea “Unitary Analysis, Synthesis and Classification of Flow Meters”, Editura CRC Press – Taylor & Francis Group, S.U.A, 2017).
-Esenta Concept:
-“Raspunsurile logice (solutiile)”, potential posibile, corespunzatoare fiecarei ”intrebari”.
I think that the idea of classifying flow meters is very good and as you said in the article, is an excellent way to identify new flow measur ement methods. Thank you for letting me read your article.

As a first conclusion I can say that all theoretical aspects are explained in a clear way, to be understood by any engineer with basic know ledge. I think that this will be one of the most important positive points in the future of your work.
Secondly, I can notice that this new approach on the flow measurement instrumentation basics can be a good tool in the research for new methods of measuring flow – a research group can use this to combine and even innovate the existent technical solutions. The technical universities and the research institutes could be a good target for this work. Also, this classification can be a very good teaching tool for the students involved in the process instrumentation clases.
I hope that your work will be developed in the future and that will be used in our field by as many engineers as possible.

I think that this type of classification is very interesting since it presents a universal character. I have read some reference books but in each case the classification was different from one author to another one. Of course you can have similar groupings but they don’t take in account any “strange” or new flowmeters difficult to classify. The other benefit of your classification is the possibility of adding any type of flowmeter without modifying its structure.
Consequently this is a very good way forward a standard computerization accessible to a number industrials. In my point of view such complete classification doesn’t still exist and so is innovative.

COMENTARIILE EXPERTILOR PRIVIND CARTEA ”Unitary Analysis Synthesis and Classification of Flow Meters”
„Comparing with the classification of flow meters according to BS EN7405 (British Standard) Method of Unitary Analysis, Synthesis and Classification of Flow Meters (Method of UASCF) is a great advance. This book is a good reference for the flow measurement community and a good textbook for students in the field.”
Yan-zuo Sun
Beijing University of Chemical Technology-CHINA *
„Establishing a unitary analysis/synthesis and a classification of a metrological system is a complex and uncommon exercise which here ultimately relates generally to all, not only to one particular technology. Here, the work done using „UASCF” (then UASCF-CGS) methods to establish a unitary universal analysis/synthesis and classification of flowmeters is impressive, complete, and very convincing, thanks to a very high degree of rigor of Dr. Motit and his thorough knowledge of this field of flow measurement. Finally, in addition to identifying the different basic functions and parameters that are taken into account in different known flow metering technologies, the reader will have in hand an interesting logical tool to predictable imagine new concepts and evaluate their impact on the determination of new desired flow measuring devices.”

„Dr. Motit’s „UASCF” flowmeter classification method provides an entirely new perspective, offering deeper and broader insights into existing flow measurement technologies. Of particular relevance to engineering disciplines with an interest in flow measurement technologies, the method facilitates the imagination and potential development of new flow meter types, which could embody multiple desired characteristics of a range of traditional instruments.”

(Patent European EP 3364159, acordat 2020).
(Aceste prioritati mondiale sunt prezentate in cartea “Fundamentals of Reaction Flowmeters”, Editura CRC Press – Taylor & Francis Group, SUA, 2021).
-Noilor tipuri structurale de debitmetre, denumite “debitmetre cu reactie” ( realizate conform acestei Metode), configurate in diverse variante: individual, extins, in bypass.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Realizarea ”Programului national de Debitmetre” a implicat elaborarea in premiera, a:
(Patent RO 79.363) acordat 1981.
Prin utilizarea acestei Metode si a Metodei (conform Patent RO 76.751 acordat 1979) I.A.M.C Otopeni a produs aproximativ 93% din cele circa 120.000 de debitmetre, livrate in perioada 1975 – 1989.
